I am from Chennai. aged 61 -female I enrolled myself for therapeutic yoga with Dr Nanditha. Doctor on the first day took down details of my ailments, medicines taken etc and discussed any other issues. She has designed a course for me in such a way that has basic a movements along with postures that are therapeutic for my ailments, breathing techniques and relaxation techniques. Doctor started the classes wherein she assessed why body flexibility and ability to do the postures. Doctor conducted the classes in an easy way by dividing the course from Day 2 to Day 5 and by continuously giving guidance and watching the movements. The course was designed in such a way that we do not feel exhausted or over pressured during dally class yet able to understand each movement and the benefits behind such posture. While going through the course itself, some improvements were observed by me like,l've started feeling energetic and flexibility improvement. Thank you Doctor Nandita for this wonderful session of yoga for 5days. On the first day I had lot of stiffness in the neck and body . You gradually made me do the exercises in a gradual controlled manner. With your patient guidance gained confidence and started doing the excercises with much ease. You also insisted that I do the exercises for the strengthening of all the muscles in the body wholistically. You were very patient and answered all my doubts and ensured that I do the pose correctly. This has helped me a lot. By the end of the sessions now I have zero pain and feel very confident about doing yoga regularly, Thank you once again
The sessions were very good on the whole. You were very patient in teaching the asanas and going along while doing the asanas. You gave good feedback regarding the postures, corrections to be done and encouraged well too. One thing which I felt would make the sessions even better is, like me for most people it might be difficult to remember all the asana names. So I felt it would be better if you could provide the names of the asanas we're learning as a list, itll also help to not miss out anything during the regular practice after the sessions too. Apart from this, everything was perfectly well balanced in the sessions.
